Is the correct when you speak happy as in adjective you use ureshii or shiawasei? Like; ns am a happy kid – 私はうれしい子。 or 私は幸せい子。

Please correct me if ns made a mistake. I am new to Japanese.

幸せ (Shiawase) is in reality a na-adjective, for this reason you might say 私は幸せな人です。(I am a happy person). 幸せ (Shiawase) is used more like the state of being happy (usually for a long duration of time, or in a more profound way). うれしい (ureshii) is used much more for momentary joy like as soon as you obtain a gift or who compliments you. Hope the helps! (◕ω◕)♥

To speak “You are a happy person today,” would certainly “今日、あなたはうれしい人です!” be correct?

I am not rather sure that the instance in which you would say “You space a happy person today” for this reason it sound strange to me. It would certainly seem much more natural come say other like, “You look happy today.” 今日は嬉しそうですね。(きょうはうれしそうですね。)because friend can’t really recognize that they space happy back you can guess indigenous the means that they space acting.

Ah, alright. Well, I constantly hear phrases like, “You’re happy today!” and also “Aren’t you a happy person today?” so I simply figured. Thanks for the answer!
